1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be clean, undamaged, and fully functional.

• All original accessories, cables, manuals, and components must be included.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Items returned in incomplete, damaged, or unclean condition may be rejected.


Non-returnable items include:

• Opened consumables or replacement accessories.

• Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.

• Products without original packaging.

• Items with missing serial numbers, product labels, or security seals.

• Returns requested after 7 days unless related to a verified quality issue.


2. Return Shipping

• Mortek US covers return shipping only for products with verified manufacturing defects or quality issues.

• Returns unrelated to product quality must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

• Shipping fees depend on the carrier’s rates and are non-refundable.

• If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our fault, Mortek US will cover all shipping and handling fees.


3. Returns Not Accepted

Your return may be refused if:

• The item was not purchased from mortekus.com.

• The product was damaged by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

• The return request is made after 7 days and is not related to a verified issue.

• The product is missing components, packaging, or accessories.

• Serial numbers, security seals, or product labels are removed or altered.

The return address will be provided only after your return request is reviewed and approved.


Once approved, you will receive:

• A prepaid label (if applicable)

6. Refund Timeline

• Returned items are inspected within 3 business days after arrival.

• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days following approval.

• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

• Bank processing times may vary.
