1. Shipping Regions

Mortek US currently ships within the continental United States.


We do NOT ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii

• Puerto Rico or any U.S. territories

• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

• P.O. Boxes


Orders are shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment centers depending on stock availability and location.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary depending on:

• Delivery location

• Package size and weight

• Carrier rates

• Seasonal or promotional discounts

• Product category and warehouse availability


Free or discounted shipping may be offered occasionally depending on:

• Active promotions

• Order value

• Customer location

• Product availability


Mortek US does NOT guarantee free shipping on all orders. Any available discounts will appear automatically at checkout.


3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Time (USA – Mainland)

• Mainland USA — FedEx / UPS / USPS — 3–7 business days

• Rural or remote areas — Carrier dependent — 5–10 business days


Delivery times may vary due to:

• Weather delays

• Carrier-related operational issues

• Seasonal demand

• Incorrect or incomplete address information


4. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Customers may request:

• Order cancellation

• Shipping address update


ONLY before the order has shipped.


Once an order is shipped:

• No address changes can be made

• No cancellations can be processed


If delivery fails due to customer-provided incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping or return fees may apply.


5. Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped within the United States:

• Are NOT subject to customs duties

• May include state/local sales tax based on customer location and applicable regulations


6. Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.

• Delivery status can be monitored through the carrier’s official website.

• Customers should inspect packaging upon delivery.

• If the packaging is visibly damaged, customers may refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier.


If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address, customers must contact the carrier directly.


Mortek US is not responsible for:

• Missed delivery attempts

• Delays caused by carriers

• Incorrect address information provided by the customer


7. Delivery Delays & Liability

Mortek US is not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions or natural events

• Carrier operational issues or logistics disruptions

• National emergencies or unexpected events

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

• High seasonal volume


Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Mortek US is NOT responsible for:

• Loss

• Theft

• Damage occurring after delivery
